There is no limit on the number of variations or controllers that you can add to a track or phrase. This unique approach will make experimenting easier without being afraid of loosing your original recording. Processing is applied realtime so the original phrases are never changed. All processing is done preserving the original phrases or notes that you recorded. Multiple selection works in all three cases, the common elements are highlighted. For chord selection, appropiate scales and notes are highlighted. For note selection, the chords containing that note are highlighted. When a scale is selected, all the notes and chords are highlighted that belong to that scale. The chord palette can display all the notes and chords for maximum 3 scales. Notes never hide other notes but are smartly arranged in a way that both notes are shown.
The piano roll can be freely customized to show scale notes, chord notes, phrase names, shading under the phrases, etc. There is no need to open the phrase editor anymore to edit individual phrase notes. You can edit phrases in phrase editing mode or create/modify phrase notes in note editing mode.
It has never been easier to work with phrases to create an original new riff or motif. You can create copies and ghost copies of a phrase if you want. If you move, resize or transpose them the notes will adjust themselves. Phrases always conform to the current chord. With a few clicks you can assign a new chord progression to a line, verse, or an arbitrary selection. Clicking on a chord will open a chord palette, where you can choose from all the chords for the current scale. The master track contains the chords and scales for the composition.
